4月13日，中老鐵路國(guó)際旅客列車(chē)開(kāi)行。北京時(shí)間8時(shí)8分，中老鐵路首趟國(guó)際客運(yùn)列車(chē)從中國(guó)昆明駛出，向南而行，開(kāi)往老撾首都萬(wàn)象。列車(chē)全程經(jīng)停8個(gè)車(chē)站，包括鐵路口岸通關(guān)時(shí)間在內(nèi)的全程旅行時(shí)間為10小時(shí)30分。

The China-Laos Railway started cross-border passenger services on Thursday. The first passenger train departed from Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province, at 8:08 a.m. (Beijing Time), heading for the Lao capital Vientiane.There are eight stations along the route, and the journey takes 10 and a half hours, including the time spent on going through customs.

中老鐵路國(guó)際旅客列車(chē)采取朝發(fā)夕至運(yùn)行模式，每日雙向?qū)﹂_(kāi)各1列，全程經(jīng)停昆明南、普洱、西雙版納、磨憨、磨丁、瑯勃拉邦、萬(wàn)榮、萬(wàn)象8個(gè)車(chē)站，包括鐵路口岸通關(guān)時(shí)間在內(nèi)的全程旅行時(shí)間均為10小時(shí)30分。列車(chē)使用動(dòng)力集中型“復(fù)興號(hào)”“瀾滄號(hào)”動(dòng)車(chē)組開(kāi)行，最高運(yùn)行時(shí)速160公里，編組9輛，其中動(dòng)力車(chē)、一等座車(chē)廂和餐車(chē)各1輛，二等座車(chē)廂6輛，總定員720人。從昆明南站到萬(wàn)象站二等座票價(jià)為542元，一等座票價(jià)為864元。

此外，中老鐵路國(guó)際旅客列車(chē)與普通旅客列車(chē)不同，分為國(guó)內(nèi)段和國(guó)外段。國(guó)內(nèi)段實(shí)行電子客票，旅客通過(guò)身份證購(gòu)買(mǎi)，憑身份證進(jìn)站候車(chē)。購(gòu)買(mǎi)跨境車(chē)票的旅客需要使用護(hù)照，網(wǎng)上購(gòu)買(mǎi)車(chē)票以后，到車(chē)站指定窗口換取紙質(zhì)車(chē)票。中老鐵路國(guó)際旅客列車(chē)采取“兩地兩檢”通關(guān)模式。旅客一次出境、入境通關(guān)時(shí)間各需1.5小時(shí)左右。

2021年12月初，中老鐵路全線(xiàn)開(kāi)通運(yùn)營(yíng)，線(xiàn)路全長(zhǎng)1000多公里，當(dāng)年就實(shí)現(xiàn)了貨運(yùn)直通。此次國(guó)際旅客列車(chē)的開(kāi)行，對(duì)于方便沿線(xiàn)民眾出行、推動(dòng)兩國(guó)旅游等產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)和共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展具有重要意義。

中老兩國(guó)山同脈、水同源，自古以來(lái)親仁善鄰。2019年4月關(guān)于構(gòu)建中老命運(yùn)共同體行動(dòng)計(jì)劃簽署以來(lái)，中老雙方凝心聚力，推動(dòng)中老命運(yùn)共同體建設(shè)取得豐碩成果，特別是將中老鐵路打造成為中老人民的發(fā)展路、幸福路、友誼路，不僅為兩國(guó)人民帶來(lái)巨大福祉，也為共建“一帶一路”和推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體提供了示范。

China and Laos share the same mountains and waters and have been friendly neighbors since ancient times. Since the signing of the Action Plan for Building a China-Laos Community with a Shared Future in April 2019, China and Laos have made joint efforts and worked for fruitful results in the building of a China-Laos community with a shared future.
