4月24—27日，第四屆聯(lián)合國世界數(shù)據(jù)論壇在浙江杭州舉辦。本屆論壇有100多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的1000余名代表線下參會(huì)，超過8000人線上參會(huì)。論壇由聯(lián)合國發(fā)起并主辦，國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局和浙江省人民政府聯(lián)合承辦。

The 4th United Nations World Data Forum opened in Hangzhou, the capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, on April 24. The forum will last until Thursday. More than 1,600 representatives from over 130 countries and regions will attend the forum on-site, while online activities will attract more than 8,000 participants. The forum is organized by the United Nations and co-hosted by the National Bureau of Statistics and the government of Zhejiang Province.

舉辦聯(lián)合國世 界數(shù)據(jù)論壇是落實(shí)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程的重要舉措。前三屆論壇分別于2017年、2018年和2021年在南非開普敦、阿聯(lián)酋迪拜和瑞士伯爾尼舉辦。4月24日，第四屆聯(lián)合國世界數(shù)據(jù)論壇在杭州開幕。論壇主題口號(hào)是“擁抱數(shù)據(jù) 共贏未來”。

首次在亞太區(qū)舉辦的本屆論壇，聚焦四個(gè)主題——數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新與合作、挖掘數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值、提高數(shù)據(jù)公信力、構(gòu)建良好數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)，交流切磋新形勢(shì)下統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)面臨的新機(jī)遇、新挑戰(zhàn)。中國共提交約100個(gè)議題，議題總數(shù)占全球總量的四分之一。除了開幕式和閉幕式外，中國國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局將以“用數(shù)據(jù)決策、用數(shù)據(jù)治理、用數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新的新機(jī)遇和新挑戰(zhàn)”為主題舉辦全體會(huì)議，聯(lián)合國也將組織5場(chǎng)其他全體會(huì)議。同時(shí)，通過圓桌論壇、專家研討、主題演講等多種組織形式，設(shè)置了72場(chǎng)平行會(huì)議及學(xué)習(xí)交流等特別活動(dòng)。本屆論壇還開辟展覽展示區(qū)域，總面積約2000平方米，分為“全球視界、中國智慧統(tǒng)計(jì)、數(shù)字浙江、杭州實(shí)踐、數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)”5個(gè)板塊。

此外，為期四天的論壇將發(fā)布成果《杭州宣言》，呼吁全球統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)界加快行動(dòng)，制定與開普敦可持續(xù)發(fā)展全球行動(dòng)計(jì)劃相一致的數(shù)據(jù)管理方法，促進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新和伙伴關(guān)系，使其能夠滿足社會(huì)的需求。并呼吁各國和國際組織盡快并可持續(xù)地增加對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)的資金投入。

China constantly improves digital infrastructure, strengthens data and statistical capacity building, and actively shares its practice and experience in monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals. China will work with other countries to help promote the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through "data governance," build an open and win-win international cooperation in the data field, and promote common development and progress of all countries.
