日前在福建晉江召開的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展“晉江經(jīng)驗”促進民營經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展大會上，國家發(fā)展改革委主任鄭柵潔表示，政府將鼓勵和吸引更多民間資本參與國家重大工程項目建設。為進一步強化民營經(jīng)濟融資支持，國家發(fā)展改革委還在會上正式發(fā)布全國融資信用服務平臺。

China will roll out pragmatic measures to support the growth of the private economy, such as encouraging private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national engineering projects, officials said at a conference.

政府官員日前在一個大會上表示，中國將推出支持民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的務實措施，比如鼓勵民營企業(yè)參與國家重大工程項目建設。

The government will encourage more private investors to take part in national projects, such as railways, nuclear power plants, water conservancy, and ecological and environmental protection, and help them in financing and project recommendations, said Zheng Shanjie, head of the National Development and Reform Commission, China's top economic regulator, during the conference in Jinjiang, East China's Fujian province. The two-day event that concluded on Wednesday focused on promoting high-quality development of the private economy and drawing on the experience of Jinjiang, a city that became prosperous after its private economy boomed.

"China will accelerate the legislative process on the promotion of the private economy, and the government will improve multilevel communications and exchanges, and listen to the real voices of private enterprises," Zheng said.

鄭柵潔表示，中國將加快推進民營經(jīng)濟促進法立法進程，健全完善多層次常態(tài)化溝通交流機制，努力傾聽民企真實聲音。

"In addition, the country will strengthen analysis of the private economy's development, promote good practices and cases for mutual learning, and improve work mechanisms with a view to better serve the private economy's development," he said.

他指出，國家還將加強民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢綜合分析，推廣典型做法和優(yōu)秀案例，加強互學互鑒，建立完善工作機制，形成服務民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的強大合力。

China will support private enterprises in jointly participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, and continue to enhance their international competitiveness, he added.

鄭柵潔還表示，國家將支持民營企業(yè)參與共建“一帶一路”，繼續(xù)增強民營企業(yè)的國際競爭力。

The country's private economy has shown long-term growth prospects.

The private sector has formed a growing proportion of the nation's GDP, and now accounts for more than 60 percent of the total, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.

國家統(tǒng)計局數(shù)據(jù)顯示，民營經(jīng)濟在國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值中占比越來越大，目前已超過60%。

Last year, several policies were introduced to promote the development of the private economy, and it has shown steady progress.

In the first 11 months of 2023, the total import and export value of private enterprises grew by 6.1 percent year-on-year, which was 6.1 percentage points faster than the growth rate of the nation's total imports and exports by value. During the same period, excluding investments in real estate development, private investment in the country increased by 9.1 percent year-on-year, said the NDRC.

Meanwhile, the NDRC released a national financing credit service platform during the conference.

與此同時，國家發(fā)展改革委在會上正式發(fā)布全國融資信用服務平臺。

The platform aims to assist in intelligent matching of financing needs of private enterprises and the products of financial institutions. It also recommended 200 key national projects for private capital participation.

該平臺旨在支持民營企業(yè)的融資需求，智能匹配經(jīng)營主體需求和銀行機構(gòu)、融資產(chǎn)品，并新推介200個向民間資本重點推介的項目。

Fujian is one of the earliest birthplaces of the private economy in China. The private economy generates 70 percent of tax revenues and the GDP in the province.

福建是全國民營經(jīng)濟發(fā)源地之一。福建省民營經(jīng)濟貢獻了全省70%以上的稅收、約70%的地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值。

More than 90 percent of enterprises in the province are private, and they have created over 80 percent employment for the urban labor force, according to the local government.

據(jù)福建省人民政府發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)，福建省民營經(jīng)濟吸納了80%以上的城鎮(zhèn)勞動就業(yè)，民營企業(yè)數(shù)占全省企業(yè)總數(shù)的90%以上。
