Attending the expo for the fourth consecutive year, French spirits and wine maker Pernod Ricard said it would continue to deepen the market layout in Hainan and promote sustainable development in the province.

Meanwhile, United States-based skin care group Estee Lauder said that Hainan stands as one of the most popular travel destinations, and it has provided exciting business growth opportunities for global retail brands.

總部位于美國的化妝品集團(tuán)雅詩蘭黛表示，海南是最受歡迎的旅游目的地之一，為全球零售品牌提供了豐富的增長(zhǎng)機(jī)遇。

Israel Assa, global president of travel retail at Estee Lauder Companies, said that in 2023, Estee Lauder built its travel retail headquarters for China in Haikou to support its travel retail business in the country and the Asia-Pacific region. The company's research and development center in Shanghai plans to develop more beauty products catering to Chinese consumers.

雅詩蘭黛集團(tuán)旅游零售全球總裁艾澤瑞稱，2023年雅詩蘭黛在海南建立了旅游零售中國總部，支持其在中國和亞太地區(qū)旅游零售業(yè)務(wù)。雅詩蘭黛上海研發(fā)中心計(jì)劃開發(fā)更多迎合中國消費(fèi)者需求的美容產(chǎn)品。

Volkswagen Group China (VGC) demonstrated its commitment to Chinese customers with a spectacular lineup of 13 models at the CICPE. "Building on our existing successful partnership with Hainan Province, and riding on the tremendous opportunities presented by the Hainan Free Trade Port, Volkswagen Group China is committed to contributing to the e-mobility and green development of Hainan," Zhang Lan, VGC vice president of sales and marketing, told the Global Times on Saturday.

Jack Chan, EY China chairman, said that China is an important engine for global economic growth for all sorts of businesses, and China's continued efforts to open up will provide more "motivation" for investors to tap into this massive market.
